Welcome to Tauranga Riding for the Disabled (RDA). We are a non-profit organisation that provides equestrian therapy programs for people who are challenged by a disability or who are at risk. The programmes we provide are therapy riding, life skills, sport and recreation, holiday programmes, riding school and community outreach. Our goal is to develop and nurture confidence, independence and life skills. |
 TECT PARK
TECT Park contains 1,650 hectares of land including forestry and native bush, for public use. The Park is a joint venture between the Western Bay of Plenty District Council and Tauranga City Council, situated off State Highway 36 between Tauranga and Rotorua. Many community groups use the park year round including clay target shotting, airsoft, equestrian groups and more. There are a number of areas available for community use including equestrian tracks, off leash exercise areas for dogs, cycling trails, high wire adventure course and more.
